You already know you should be doing this.

That's not the problem. The problem is that content is a second full-time job.

You start, then stop

Three posts in a good week. Then a listing goes under contract and it's silent for a month.

Filming feels awkward

Talking to a phone in your car isn't the same as talking to a person.

It never compounds

A reel disappears in 48 hours. Nothing builds on the last thing you made.

It isn't your job

You sell houses. Editing video at 11pm isn't what you're good at or paid for.

So most agents end up posting nothing, or the same market-update graphic as everyone else in town.

A podcast isn't really about the people listening. It's about who you get to sit down with.

Every episode is a 40-minute conversation with someone in your city who meets your future clients before you do. They leave knowing you, liking you, and holding a set of polished video clips we made for them, free.

A real estate agent recording a podcast conversation from her home office

Two mornings a month. That's the whole ask.

Two conversations each morning, about two hours each time. Everything before and after is on us.

  • No equipment to buy if you have a MacBook
  • No software to learn, you click one link
  • No scheduling or chasing guests
  • No scripts, we send your questions ahead
  • No editing, posting or captioning
  • We sit in on every recording and fix tech problems live

Two mornings of talking. About thirty pieces of content.

Every conversation is turned into the formats people actually watch and read, so you stay visible between transactions without filming anything extra.

It has to look like a real show.

Here's the difference between a recorded Zoom call and something you're proud to put your name on.

A recorded video call

  • SoundLaptop speakers, echo, one voice louder than the other
  • PictureGrey tiles, dim lighting, no names on screen
  • Story50 minutes, starting with "can you hear me?"
  • LookDifferent every time, if it gets posted at all

Your show, produced by Oley.IO

  • SoundRecorded locally and mastered to broadcast standard, both voices equally clear
  • PictureTwo angles cut together, color corrected, your branding and the guest's name on screen
  • StoryOpens on the best moment. 50 minutes becomes a tight 37
  • LookSame artwork, music and style every episode, so it feels like a real show

How it works

Five steps. You're involved in one of them.

  1. We plan your show

Name, look, music and the list of people you want to meet. One 45-minute call.

  2. We book your guests

We write to them, follow up, vet them and get them in your calendar.

  3. Your part

    You talk

Two mornings a month. We send your questions ahead and sit in on every session.

  4. We make it good

Edited, color corrected, sound mastered, titled, clipped and captioned.

  5. We put it everywhere

Podcast apps, YouTube, your social accounts, your website and your email list.

From the day you say yes, your first episodes are live in about three weeks.

What to expect, honestly

We'd rather tell you now than have you wonder in month two.

Months 1–2

Building

Your show launches, episodes go out and clips start running. You meet your first guests.

Month 3

Conversations

Guests start introducing you to people. You get recognized in rooms you didn't expect.

Months 4–6

Referrals

The relationships you built in the first months start sending business back.

What we won't tell you

That this gets you listings next month. It doesn't work that way, and anyone who promises it is guessing. This builds the local reputation and relationships that bring repeat and referral business, which is where most of a good agent's pipeline comes from anyway.

Why this isn't the usual content service

A $60 a month subscription

Same graphics as everyone

Sends you the templated posts every other agent in your market is also posting.

A videographer

Great, once a quarter

Films you beautifully once, then you're back to an empty feed.

Doing it yourself

Works for three weeks

About as long as it takes for a deal to get busy.

Founding client rate. We're taking on a small number of agents at this price while we build our first case studies, and it doesn't go up later. Three months to start, then month to month. 15% off when you pay for the year.

Questions agents ask

What do I need to record?

If you have a MacBook, nothing to buy. Its camera is good and we clean up the audio. We'll ask you to use wired headphones (not AirPods), face a window or lamp, and record in a room with a rug or sofa so it doesn't echo. If you want to upgrade later, we'll recommend one clip-on mic and one webcam, nothing more.

How do guests get booked?

We start with your list of the 20 people who could send you business. For those, we write the invitation and you send it from your own inbox, because it's your relationship. Everyone else we invite as your producer, then follow up, vet them and get them on your calendar.

How many clips will I get?

Usually 4 to 6 per episode. It depends on the conversation: we cut every moment that stands on its own, and we don't pad the count with weak ones.

Will this get me listings?

Not next month, and we won't promise it. The show builds your local reputation and gives you a reason to sit down with people who refer business. Most agents start getting introductions around month three and referrals from month four onward.

Is any of it AI?

No AI hosts and no fake conversations. Every episode is you talking with a real person. We use software behind the scenes for things like transcripts and caption timing, which keeps your price where it is.

What does the guest get out of it?

A professional set of clips from their episode, made for them free, to post on their own accounts. That's part of why guests say yes, and every repost puts your show in front of their audience.

Who owns the episodes?

You do. Your show, your episodes, your clips and your feed stay yours, including if you stop working with us.

What's the commitment?

Three months to start, because that's how long a show needs to build. After that it's month to month. There's no setup fee, and 15% off when you pay for the year.

One 20-minute call.

  1. We ask you one question

Who are the 20 people in your city who could send you business?

  2. We show you a sample

A real episode and a real set of clips, so you can judge the quality yourself.

  3. You decide

If it's a fit, we start the following week. If not, no follow-up sequence.
